The Thick/Fat Client is directly connected to the MTD_Control Module via the same subnet ‘Production Network’.
The MTD Fat Clients are equipped with all Matranda software for interfacing with the MTD Control Module and the MTD Server.
The software of the MTD_Fat Client is customer-specific.
MTD_Fat Client possibilities
The MTD_Fat Client is linked to the MTD_Master module so that the real time data can be further processed in the MTD_Control Module.

The MTD_Fat Client is often placed near a machine or equipment.
The display ensures that data can be visualised. It is also possible to use the screen to control the machine or equipment.
