TRAINING SESSIONS
The trainings can be taken online. Except for customers in the Netherlands, where the training courses are taken in Utrecht.
The trainings are given free of charge by consultant of Matranda.
The following time-limited programmes can be followed:
1. Network ISA95 model (duration - 5 hours)
During ISA95 training, all ISA95 layers are covered.
Example:
How the KPIs are visualised by in the ERP layer. And what the possibilities are.
2. Setting up Tag encodings and routing (duration - 5 hours)
During the training of the Tag encodings and the routing of a Tag code are discussed in detail. As well as placing a Tag code in an ISA95 layer.
The advantage of this training is that all encodings are processed correctly and clearly. This makes searching for the right data extremely easy.
3. Alarms and Warnings process operations (duration - 6 hours)
The training of alarms and warning notifications dwells on how alarms and warnings are processed so that very quick action can be taken, to reduce downtime of a piece of equipment or machine.

4. Software Predictive Maintenance (duration - 7 hours)
Predictive maintenance, also known as predictive maintenance, is explained in detail in this training.
The system will display notifications when a component is in danger of breaking down. How this works and what to look out for will be explained.
Training 3 will often be repeated in predictive maintenance. AI (Machine Learning) will also be prepared in this training.
5. Software Machine Learning (duration - 7 hours)
Machine Learning is the most important training to take a company further into the future. This training covers how Artificial Intelligence (AI) for machines and equipment can work together with humans. For manufacturing processes, this is not called AI, but Machine Learning.
This training covers all of Matranda's training courses. Using examples, we show what happens if a KPI or another measurement instrument takes on a different value and how the machine and equipment react to this. So that they start to learn from each other again and adjust themselves accordingly.
This is too fast and complex for the human brain, which is why we let the system do the maths and modelling.
6. Shopfloor training (duration - 7 hours)
Shopfloor training is completely gone through from the MES layer to the ERP layer.
The processing of the complete production process can be mapped with the semi-finished products , raw materials, machine occupancies, etc.
In this, the employees and machines play an important role.
With this training, we map out how the roles are distributed and how to arrive at solutions in the production process.
The order of the workouts is important. Start with Training 1 and finish with Training 5.
Once Training 5. Software Machine Learning / AI is completed, then the trainee is fully prepared for the future.
The Shopfloor training is an umbrella training and is also often taken by the customer's management. This does not zoom in on technical training 1 to 5.
